SusieCakes Bakery in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead the guest service team across locations. As a manager-in-training, you will inspire, train, and support the guest service team to ensure smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to develop objectives, manage schedules, oversee onboarding, and uphold SusieCakes' hospitality standards.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
• Able to stand for extended periods of time

EDUCATION

• Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
• High school diploma or GED required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
