SusieCakes Bakery is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in training to lead the guest service team with energy and hospitality. You will support the General Manager across multiple locations, inspiring staff, training teammates, and driving guest satisfaction in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The role emphasizes a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset, with opportunities to shape store results and enhance the customer experience in a beloved, on-site bakery network.

Formación

• Two years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and counsel team members.
• Exposure to financial and operational accountabilities.
• Ability to work in multiple regional locations.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs.
• Must have reliable transportation.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
