Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker to partner with the Baker to ensure cakes of the highest quality for our guests and to meet production demands. Following proprietary recipes and NbC standards, you will help perform repetitive baking processes and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

You'll need to understand U.S. measurement units, lift up to 50 pounds, and work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior bakery experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required; prior bakery or foodservice experience is a plus.

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods.
• Use measuring instruments and bakery equipment to bake cakes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and load pans into ovens; monitor baking.
• Assist with daily baking and production flow.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes; maintain logs.
• Clean and restock workstation; ensure supplies for next shift.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
