Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring an Assistant Baker to support the Baker in producing high-quality cakes and meeting daily production demands. You will follow proprietary recipes, use commercial bakery equipment, and ensure proper packaging and storage of finished cakes.

The role emphasizes adherence to health and safety guidelines, precise measurements, and a fast-paced production environment for fresh, delicious cakes across flavors and sizes.

Qualifications

• Follows NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Ability to understand recipes and measurement units used in the U.S.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and production methods to meet productivity goals.
• Operate mixers, ovens and other bakery equipment safely.
• Prepare raw ingredients and set up pans for baking, monitoring the process.
