Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #26 is seeking an Assistant Baker to partner with the Baker and help ensure our cakes are consistently high quality for guests. Following NbC recipes, production methods and food safety standards, you will assist in the repeated baking process for our cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes.

Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, using commercial mixers and ovens, preparing pans, monitoring the bake, labeling, packaging, and restocking, while keeping logs and

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous baking or foodservice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods with precision.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment; monitor the oven.
• Assist baker with daily baking and production flow.
• Pack, label, and store cakes; maintain logs.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock workstation.
