Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking a proactive AR Specialist to join our accounting team in our on-site Corporate Headquarters in Vero Beach, FL. You will manage invoicing, account reconciliations, and collections while collaborating with Account Managers, Project Managers, and customers to secure POs and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of invoicing or AR experience required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree with accounting coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of customer invoicing and coordination with Account/Project Managers.
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies and manage complex customer account reconciliations.
• Proactively manage collections to minimize delinquency and ensure timely payments.
• Manage AR portals (Ariba, Coupa, Procore) and perform data corrections as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth financial operations.
