Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Asset Portfolio Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition of newly constructed facilities from project completion to operational occupancy.
• Inspect for compliance with plans, contracts, lease obligations, and project requirements.
• Track milestones, contractor schedules, and closeout activities to support timely completion.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies and punch list items during turnover.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers supporting operations and capital projects.
• Prepare regular reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, project status, and asset performance.
