Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years administrative support experience; construction or maintenance experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel and Power Point experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Problem solver with attention to details.
• Ability to work independently.
• High school education with post-secondary education desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility maintenance operations, manage work orders, vendors, and projects.
• Serve as communication link between Director of Facilities Maintenance, Facilities Managers, field teams, vendors and internal departments.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and maintenance initiatives.
• Assist in due diligence and transition for new acquisitions, identifying facility needs from the start.
• Provide guidance to Store Managers and District Managers on MaintainX system after training.
• Track progress of work orders and generate reports for leadership.
