Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Title & Other Asset Collector to manage past due accounts on title and asset loans, control delinquency, protect company assets, and mitigate losses. The role involves negotiating payment plans, repossession considerations, and maintaining data integrity across collection systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating with branches and the Loss Mitigation Department, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years customer service or administrative experience.
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communication, financial analysis, and knowledge of fair collections practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop use of Signature, collection system, and Nautilus.
• Develop use of phone software systems.
• Identify and resolve Branch office collection issues.
• Prepare loan modification and repayment plans.
• Recommend accounts to repossession.
• Recommend accounts for charge-off.
• Coordinate collection efforts with offices.
• Ensure appropriate modifications, extensions, renewals, deferrals, and reages.
