Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop use of Signature collection system and Nautilus.
• Coordinate collection efforts with offices and branches.
• Prepare loan modification and repayment plans.
• Negotiate appropriate payment agreements with borrowers.
• Monitor payment progress and skip-tracing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and Federal/State regulations.
