Northwest Bank in the United States is seeking a Title & Other Asset Collector to manage past-due accounts on title and other asset loans, controlling delinquency and protecting company assets.

You will develop customer relations to secure payment, coordinate with collection systems, branch offices, and recovery teams, and ensure compliance with NW policies and federal/state regulations while handling negotiations and skip tracing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service/administrative experience preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communication, financial analysis, and working knowledge of fair collections practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop use of signature, collection system, and Nautilus.
• Identify and resolve branch office collection issues.
• Prepare loan modification and repayment plans.
• Recommend accounts to repossession and charge-off.
• Prepare and analyze departmental reports.
• Coordinate collection efforts with offices and recovery departments.
• Negotiate appropriate payment agreements and maximize skip tracing.
• Ensure timely collections and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, insurance, and other agencies as needed.
• Assist borrowers with forced place insurance and protect company assets.
