Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Title & Other Asset Collector to manage past-due accounts across title and asset loans. You will protect assets, mitigate losses, and work with borrowers to establish repayment plans while adhering to policy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with branches, preparing modifications, and negotiating payment agreements to maximize collections and protect company assets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years customer service/administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with debt collection practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop use of collection systems and phone software to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with branches to resolve collection issues and document progress.
• Prepare loan modification and repayment plans when applicable.
• Recommend accounts for repossession or charge-off per policy.
• Monitor delinquency and ensure timely collections and reporting.
• Negotiate payment agreements and track progress with borrowers.
• Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and federal/state regulations.
