Job summary

Accruent is seeking a Services Architect, Asset Solutions, to lead implementation strategies for the Asset Solutions software suite. This role requires deep product knowledge, exceptional communication, and the ability to align customer needs with delivery teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Delivery to drive successful implementations and expand opportunities. You will travel up to 25% of the time and report to the Director, Services Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years working with customers in project management or professional services.
• Strong operational management, project management and communication/presentation skills.
• Experience implementing large-scale software solutions including all phases of a client lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into business solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills to lead collaboration across functions.
• Passion for winning deals and expediting the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Listen actively and translate customer needs into solutions.
• Provide best recommendations and proposals to implement Asset Solutions software.
• Write clear proposals and contractual documents outlining goals and deliverables.
• Partner with Commercial Sales to expedite the sale while maintaining delivery integrity.
• Collaborate with Professional Services Delivery to refine implementation offerings.
• Manage statements of work and review discovery information and RFPs.
• Present our Services philosophy, methodology and best practices to new customers.
• Travel to visit customers and partners up to 25% of the time.
