Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers and developing product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy for Maintenance and Field portfolios.
• Lead the development and execution of portfolio roadmaps balancing innovation, debt, and customer commitments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Product Managers.
• Develop deep understanding of customer workflows, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Support to align priorities and delivery plans.
• Oversee lifecycle management from strategy through end-of-life decisions.
• Present product direction, investment recommendations, and roadmap decisions to executives.
