Job summary

Accruent is seeking a Services Architect, Asset Solutions, to guide customers through implementation of Asset Solutions software across Maintenance Connection, TMS, Meridian, RedEye, and VxField. This role partners with Commercial Sales and Delivery to translate business needs into actionable implementation plans and proposals.

You will travel up to 25% to meet with clients, deliver compelling pre-sales and post‑sale support, and help drive expansion opportunities while maintaining delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in implementing software technology.
• Minimum of 4 years working with customers in project management, program management, or professional services.
• Experience implementing large scale software solutions including all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Services Architect for Asset Solutions and deliver best recommendations and proposals.
• Lead discovery, design, and implementation planning with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare Statements of Work and proposals aligned with customer needs and timelines.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales and Delivery leadership to refine offerings and expedite sales.
• Travel up to 25% to visit customers and participate in events.
