Job summary

Fortive's Accruent Professional Services team seeks a Services Architect, Asset Solutions to lead implementation proposals and delivery for Asset Solutions products. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software implementation.
• Minimum of 4 years working with customers in project/program management or professional services.
• Strong operational management and communication/presentation skills.
• Experience implementing large scale software solutions across lifecycle stages.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into business solutions.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Teamwork and leadership across functions; drive deal acceleration.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs and translate them into implementation designs.
• Develop proposals and contracts outlining goals, deliverables, and effort.
• Partner with Commercial Sales to expedite solution sales with delivery integrity.
• Design refined implementation and expansion offerings with Delivery leaders.
• Document customer requirements as Statements of Work and participate in reviews.
• Present services philosophy, methodology, and best practices to new customers.
• Travel to visit customers and partners up to 25% of the time.
