Job summary

Accruent, a Fortive company, seeks a Director of Product Management to shape and execute the strategy for the Asset Solutions Group. • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers and developing product teams.
• Strategic thinking connecting customer needs, market dynamics, tech investments, and business goals.
• Commercial acumen with SaaS growth, retention, and expansion drivers.
• Leadership and influence across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product strategy for Maintenance and Field portfolios.
• Lead portfolio roadmaps balancing innovation, debt, customer commitments, and outcomes.
• Coach and develop a global team of Product Managers.
• Develop deep understanding of customer workflows, buying behavior, and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and go-to-market plans.
• Oversee product lifecycle from planning to end-of-life decisions.
• Present product direction and trade-offs to executive leadership.
