• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of collections, repossession, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient data entry with accuracy and speed.
• Ability to work in a team and present a professional image.
• Knowledge of collection laws, risk management, and lending principles.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research, utilize skip tracing tools, and evaluate data to inform decisions.
• Submit voluntary, involuntary, and impound repossession assignments/reassignments using multiple systems.
• Monitor daily communications and negotiate storage/tow/repair charges with third parties.
• Process and document repossession cancellations and redemptions.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and post adjustments to fees.
• Follow state and federal laws to protect the bank and customers.
• Collaborate to identify solutions and meet leadership expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
