Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of staff and contract employees to meet service and productivity goals.
• Plan and monitor workflow to maintain efficiency while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with risk partners and auditors to close process gaps and remediate accounts.
• Support third-party vendors to ensure quality, SLAs, and SOW compliance.
• Identify staff training needs and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Provide timely, candid feedback and develop succession plans.
