Lowe’s is hiring for an Asset Protection professional to safeguard store assets and ensure customer and associate safety. You will lead shrink awareness initiatives, conduct investigations, and collaborate with store leadership to deter theft and improve security programs.

The role requires detecting and responding to security incidents, supervising surveillance activities, and coordinating with law enforcement when needed. Strong ethics, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute education.
• If required by state/local authorities, obtain salesperson license within 60 days of starting.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and train associates and leaders on shrink awareness, theft deterrence, and customer service programs.
• Partner with Store and AP Leadership to identify theft trends and promote awareness initiatives.
• Deliver SMART customer service and ensure associates have resources to do the same.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure store environment by monitoring entrances, exits, and high-risk areas.
• Monitor activity through surveillance, reporting, and exception-based tools to detect theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Conduct external theft apprehensions and interviews in accordance with laws and company policy.
• Investigate and resolve criminal activity, maintain case files, and support law enforcement and court proceedings.
• Assist in internal investigations and provide evidence when needed.
• Validate store security measures and respond to alarms and triggers.
• Provide feedback on audit findings and support shrink reduction efforts.
• Respond to potentially violent situations with safety and composure.
• This role may be assigned additional duties as needed.
