Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience with 3+ years in asset protection/retail.
• Experience supervising staff and performing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Knowledge of safety, security, and loss prevention controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead store asset protection and safety programs to minimize loss and protect customers and associates.
• Coordinate safety initiatives, investigations, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns to identify shrink and risk.
• Respond to safety incidents or security events and escalate as needed.
