Lowe's is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager to lead store safety, shrink reduction, and loss prevention programs. You will work with store leadership to ensure safe, friendly, and compliant operations while supervising associates in security-related activities.

You will monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns, respond to incidents, and champion initiatives that improve hazmat handling, investigations, and security outcomes across the store.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher OR HS diploma with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in retail or asset protection is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.
