Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Asset Protection professional to lead the execution of loss-prevention strategies across multiple locations.

You will support store leadership, perform audits, and participate in investigations of shrink and organized crime to protect assets and ensure safety. The role emphasizes collaboration with store teams, local law enforcement, and corporate partners, with travel to Focus Stores as required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
• 1-2+ years of experience in the Asset Protection field or relevant experience in retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions per company guidelines.
• Willingness to work nights, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives in assigned locations (2-6 stores) and implement shortage reduction programs in high shrink locations.
• Provide in-person and remote support to store management to meet asset protection objectives.
• Conduct AP and Physical Security audits regularly and perform operational audits of store districts.
• Oversee Focus Store program compliance and follow up on sub-standard performers.
• Assist in training store associates on approved Asset Protection procedures and workshops.
• Investigate Organized Retail Crime in coordination with supervisors and local law enforcement.
• Prepare case reports detailing investigations and communicate findings to leadership.
• Maintain relationships with store leaders, mall security, and law enforcement partners.
