Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Asset Protection leader to oversee initiatives across multiple stores in the Philadelphia area. You will work with local management to meet shrink reduction targets and ensure compliance through audits, training, and strategic investigations.

The role requires 4+ years in asset protection, a 4-year degree preferred, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required to support stores; background and Wicklander–Zulawski training are valued.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 4+ years of Asset Protection experience including supervisory/leadership roles.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives across 20–30 stores within the district.
• Partner with store management and District Managers to meet AP objectives.
• Manage Focus Store program to ensure compliance and improve performance.
• Lead AP audit and training programs and coordinate with ORC and law enforcement as needed.
