Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Asset Protection professional to manage AP initiatives across 4–8 stores, partnering with local management to reduce shortages and improve safety.

The role includes training staff, conducting audits, and investigating incidents. Based out of Boston, MA, with responsibilities spanning surrounding stores; a 4-year degree is preferred with 2+ years of AP or security experience and a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection or retail security.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, evenings and weekends as retail business requires.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Wicklander – Zulawski interviewing training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives in assigned locations (4–8 stores).
• Partner with local store management to meet AP objectives.
• Leverage business and sales performance for shortage reduction.
• Provide training on AP initiatives and safety guidelines.
• Conduct operational audits and pre-shrink indicators.
• Monitor controls and investigate dishonesty; conduct interviews.
• Investigate inventory losses and policy violations; CCTV surveillance.
• Support ORC investigations with Regional/Zone teams.
