Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Asset Protection professional to oversee loss prevention initiatives across multiple Orange County stores, ensuring inventory accuracy and store compliance.

The role includes conducting audits, investigations, and trainings, with travel to Focus Stores and collaboration with local law enforcement. A 4-year degree and 2+ years AP experience are preferred, with strong communication skills and reliability required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Asset Protection experience in multi-location environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions per guidelines.
• Ability to work nights, evenings and weekends to meet retail needs.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives across assigned locations (5–10 stores) and support shortage reduction.
• Provide in-person and remote support to store management to meet AP objectives.
• Conduct operational audits focused on store conditions, safety, HR compliance, and customer service.
• Travel monthly to Focus Stores to ensure compliance and address underperformers.
• Train store personnel on AP initiatives, safety guidelines, crisis management, and reporting.
