Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Agent, Asset Protection in Baltimore, MD. This role oversees Asset Protection initiatives across 3–6 stores and supports shrink reduction through audits, training, and surveillance.

You will partner with local management to meet objectives and ensure safety compliance. The position requires a 4-year degree (preferred), 2+ years in Asset Protection, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights, evenings, and weekends.

Competenze

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions per guidelines.
• Wicklander-Zulawski interviewing training preferred.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation and have reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives for 3–6 stores and support shrink reduction programs.
• Partner with store management to meet Asset Protection objectives and train staff.
• Conduct operational audits, safety compliance reviews, and surveillance as needed.
• Investigate inventory, cash loss, and policy violations; conduct interviews.
• Assist in Organized Retail Crime investigations with local law enforcement.
• Complete special projects as assigned by Regional Manager of Asset Protection.
