Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection professional to lead shrink reduction and theft deterrence in a fast‑paced store environment.

You will coach associates, analyze theft trends, and coordinate with store leadership to implement protective measures and compliant investigations. The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong integrity, and experience in loss prevention or retail investigations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; licensing may be required by state law.
• Experience in retail investigations or loss prevention preferred.

• Coach associates and leaders on shrink awareness and theft deterrence.
• Partner with store and AP leadership to identify theft trends and promote awareness.
• Deliver SMART customer service and ensure resources are available.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-risk areas for safety and security.
• Use surveillance and tools to detect theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Conduct external theft apprehensions and interviews as allowed by law.
• Investigate criminal activity, maintain case files, support law enforcement.
• Assist in internal investigations and provide evidence when needed.
