Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to support asset protection, security, compliance, and safety across the facility. The role involves on-the-floor interaction with customers, investigations, and ensuring inventory accuracy through audits and reported discrepancies.

The coordinator will drive shrink reduction initiatives, train Outfitters, monitor CCTV/EAS, and assist in firearm compliance as required. A high school diploma is required with security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field preferred.
• Licenses/certifications as required by local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training for shrink, safety, and security functions.
• Relay directives to store leadership and Outfitters.
• Interact with customers while maintaining security and safety on the floor.
• Analyze shrink sources via cycle counts, audits, and compliance reports.
• Investigate security incidents and assist with criminal activity investigations.
