Nordstrom is seeking an Asset Protection Manager for our Nordstrom Rack store in the United States. This role partners with store leadership to reduce shrink, safeguard employees and customers, and uphold Nordstrom’s values.

• Experience in asset protection or security leadership.
• Ability to build relationships with store leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with store leaders and act as subject matter expert on shrink and loss prevention.
• Own building security and safety — educate the team on emergency preparedness.
• Accurately report and document AP incidents in a timely manner.
• Leverage data to identify trends, mitigate theft, and minimize losses.
• Lead shrink reduction strategies and loss prevention programs, including theft and dishonesty.
