Nordstrom, Inc. seeks a Manager of Asset Protection to lead safety and security in our Nordstrom Rack store, protecting employees and customers while driving loss prevention and operational excellence. The role partners with store leadership to reduce shrink and uphold company values.

The AP Manager will own security programs, guide incident responses, and collaborate with Regional Investigators and law enforcement as needed, using data-driven methods to mitigate risk and maximize profitability.

Qualificações

• Valid security license required for locations listed.
• Experience in asset protection, security, investigations, or leadership preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with in-store leadership and act as subject matter expert on shrink and loss prevention.
• Own building security and safety; educate team on emergency preparedness and incidents.
• Report and document AP incidents promptly.
• Use data to identify trends and minimize losses.
• Lead shrink reduction strategies and loss prevention programs.
