You will partner with store leadership to reduce shrink, ensure operational excellence, and foster accountability; responsibilities include incident reporting, data analysis, and collaboration with investigators.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset protection, security, investigations, or leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of exception-based reporting and case management software.
• Ability to build relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and priority management.
• Ownership and initiative with technical proficiency in monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store leadership and act as AP SME.
• Own building security and safety; educate team on emergencies.
• Report and document AP incidents promptly.
• Use data to identify trends and reduce losses.
• Lead shrink reduction strategies and loss prevention programs.
• Partner with Regional Investigators; assist with case development and on-floor apprehensions.
• Use data-driven approach to identify risks and maximize profitability.
