• Proven success in investigative, asset protection, and security procedures.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with other employees and leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and execute the organizational strategy set by the AP Division.
• Develop relationships within the store with leadership teams and HR to lead shrink reduction.
• Own building security and safety, educate employees on emergency preparedness, and assist in incidents.
• Monitor and communicate reports to ensure AP incidents are reported and documented.
• Use data to identify theft trends and mitigate internal and external loss.
• Lead execution of shrink programs and detection of theft issues and dishonesty.
• Hire and develop talent for investigations, audits, and AP awareness programs.
