Responsibilities

• Resolve theft through judgement and policy-compliant apprehensions in high shrinkage areas.
• Identify theft trends using surveillance, reporting, and technology.
• Drive shrinkage reduction by implementing protective standards and action plans.
• Investigate internal theft with evidence gathering and partnerships with AP leadership.
• Monitor via video systems and RFID data to support investigations and reduce inaccuracies.
• Maintain store safety by responding to incidents and reporting them promptly.
