Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Agent to safeguard customers, teams, and merchandise while supporting store Emergency Response Team (ERT).

The role emphasizes protecting people and spaces, reducing shrinkage, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will investigate, document incidents, testify in court when summoned, and build cross-functional partnerships with store leaders and law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Identify theft trends using surveillance and reporting.
• Lead shrinkage reduction through action plans and standards.
• Support internal theft investigations via reporting and surveillance tools.
• Investigate and gather evidence for AP leadership and investigations teams.
• Monitor theft activity with video systems and RFID data.
