Qualifications

• A valid security license may be required in certain states.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and with accountability.

Responsabilités

• Resolve theft using sound judgment and policy-guided apprehensions.
• Identify theft trends via technology, reporting, and surveillance.
• Lead security audits and shrinkage-reduction initiatives in-store.
• Prepare reports on incidents, recoveries, and investigations.
• Testify in court when summoned for cases related to store incidents.
• Build partnerships with store leaders, local law enforcement, and retailers.
