Nordstrom Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Agent to keep customers, teams and brands safe while protecting profits and reducing shrinkage.

You will work with the store Emergency Response Team (ERT) to respond to incidents and ensure merchandise availability. The role requires applying policy-guided actions, utilizing video surveillance and RFID data, and partnering with AP leadership and local law enforcement when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid security license and licensing requirements as applicable
• Ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Resolve theft by safe, policy-driven apprehensions in high shrinkage areas.
• Identify theft trends using surveillance data and reporting tools.
• Lead shrinkage reduction efforts and merchandise protection standards.
• Support investigations by gathering evidence and coordinating with AP leadership.
