Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Asset Protection professional to oversee AP initiatives across 4-8 stores near Chicago, IL. You will partner with store leadership to reduce shrink and protect assets while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in asset protection or retail, a 4-year degree preferred, strong communication, and willingness to work nights/weekends. You will train staff, perform audits, and conduct investigations, coordinating with regional AP and law

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in asset protection or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives across 4-8 stores.
• Partner with store management to meet AP objectives.
• Leverage business/sales performance for shortage reduction.
• Train store associates on AP initiatives.
• Conduct operational audits and safety compliance checks.
• Train on safety communication guidelines and crisis management.
• Monitor controls and investigate associate dishonesty.
• Conduct investigations for inventory and cash loss.
• Surveil​lance to deter theft and apprehend per policy.
• Initiate and support investigations related to Organized Retail Crime.
• Complete special projects assigned by Regional Manager of Asset Protection.
