Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Agent/Investigator, Asset Protection in Boston, MA to lead asset-protection initiatives across multiple stores and support shrink reduction programs.

You will train staff, conduct safety audits, and investigate incidents to safeguard inventory and ensure policy compliance. The role requires a 4-year degree preferred, 2+ years in Asset Protection, strong communication skills, and willingness to work nights and weekends.

Competenze

• 4-year degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection or retail security.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.
• Wicklander - Zulawski training preferred.
• Must fulfill all physical requirements including standing and walking.

Mansioni

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives in 4–8 stores and shrink reduction programs.
• Partner with store management to meet Asset Protection objectives.
• Train associates on safety guidelines and crisis management.
• Audit store operations for pre-shrink indicators and safety compliance.
• Conduct investigations for inventory loss, policy violations, and theft.
• Perform surveillance to deter theft and support ORC investigations with law enforcement.
• Complete special projects as directed.
