Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Agent to safeguard customers, teams, and assets, while mitigating shrinkage and supporting emergency response activities. You will work with the Emergency Response Team and leverage surveillance to identify and prevent theft.

Aufgaben

• Resolve theft with policy-adherent, high-shrinkage area apprehensions.
• Identify theft trends using technology, reporting, and surveillance.
• Lead shrinkage reduction through action plans and standards.
• Support internal theft investigations and escalation.
• Investigate internal theft with evidence gathering and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor activity via video systems and support investigations.
• Use RFID data to track merchandise movement and discrepancies.
• Maintain store safety and security for customers and staff.
• Lead security audits and shrinkage awareness in-store.
• Participate in store Emergency Response Team activities and training.
• Prepare timely reports for incidents, recoveries, investigations, and policy violations.
