Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the BU, including fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability.

You will coordinate asset processes across sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, RVS, and finance, reporting to the Director of Asset Management. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional influence, and strong analytical skills to optimize asset value for 188,000+ vehicles and $6.8B in assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• 5+ years experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or related fields.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management, product line analysis, and margin performance.
• Analyze customer and location profitability and vehicle performance.
• Coordinate asset processes across sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, RVS and finance.
• Lead weekly asset calls and manage asset reviews and special projects.
• Provide direction and influence to maximize asset value across BU.
