• Evaluates credit risk and proposes mitigants within real estate capital markets.
• Prepares formal recommendations for approval per authority delegations.
• Communicates with borrowers, counsel, rating agencies, and investors.
• Collaborates with internal partners for cross‑departmental decisions.
