• Oversees portfolios and borrower requests for securitized CMBS, Agency, SASB, SFR or CRE loans.
• Analyze financial reports, operating statements, loan guarantor financials, covenants, and market data.
• Evaluates credit risk and proposes mitigants per real estate markets and procedures.
• Prepares and presents formal recommendations for approval.
• Communicates with borrowers, counsel, rating agencies, special servicers, and investors.
• Collaborates with internal partners to support cross-departmental decisions.
