Job summary

Albina Vision Trust in Portland, Oregon is seeking an Asset Manager to build the systems and processes to support a growing portfolio of affordable multifamily assets. This in-office role will scale from two current properties to a broader district portfolio, guiding financial health and long-term stewardship.

The Asset Manager will lead budgeting, capital planning, and operating performance while coordinating with property management, residents, lenders, and funders to deliver an outstanding

Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset management or related field.
• Strong systems thinker with ability to identify challenges and scalable solutions.
• Commitment to resident-focused, equitable community outcomes.
• Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion resident experience across AVT’s portfolio with clear service standards.
• Oversee property management and staff; monitor leasing and occupancy.
• Lead annual budgets, rents, and financial performance with dashboards.
• Plan capital needs and improvements to protect assets.
• Build and improve asset management platforms, workflows and reporting.
