Job summary

Community Housing Development Corporation seeks an Asset Manager to oversee portfolio performance, financial stability, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset preservation.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Asset Management, you will analyze financial statements, monitor budgets, and coordinate with property management and development teams to preserve affordability and optimize returns for the General Partner.

Qualifications

• BA degree in finance/real estate or related field with 5+ years in real estate/financing.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, TCAC, HUD and other affordable housing programs.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and read regulatory agreements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance of affordable housing properties.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, DSCR, and debt service obligations.
• Review monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and rent rolls.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Development, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, TCAC, HUD and related programs.
