Job summary

Catholic Community Services Foundation is seeking an Asset Manager in Salem, OR, to preserve and enhance the value of current and future real estate assets, maximizing financial return and community benefits. You will lead the asset and property management team, and ensure compliance with housing programs.

The role requires 3+ years in property or project management, supervisory experience, and knowledge of GAAP and accounting software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and at least 3 years property or project management experience.
• At least 1-year supervisory experience.
• Oregon Property management license (or ability to obtain within six months).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and a driving record that permits coverage under the agency’s corporate auto liability policy and personal automobile liability insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Asset management and property management team.
• May supervise staff assigned to fleet, property and/or asset management.
• Collaborate with senior decision-makers to implement strategic asset initiatives.
