Responsibilities

• Oversees portfolios and/or borrower requests for CMBS and other portfolios.
• Analyzes financial reports including property operating statements and loan covenants.
• Evaluates credit risk and proposes risk mitigants.
• Prepares formal recommendations for approvals.
• Communicates frequently with external parties including borrowers and legal counsel.
