Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Technical Software Support Lead in Chicago to manage day-to-day production support for Asset Management front-office applications and trade routing. The candidate will provide L2/L3 support, analyze issues, and drive continuous service improvements while aligning with NT's standards and controls.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of technical experience in financial services is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for a global support role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support and monitor workflows.
• Review, analyse, and resolve production issues; apply fixes as needed.
• Collaborate with business teams and IT controls to resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate with global support teams and participate in on-call coverage.
• Develop knowledge of NT systems and products using available procedures.
