Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of the investment management business and GAAP practices.
• Experience leading accounting functions in investment management.
• Experience measuring and managing competing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting-related external and internal initiatives to drive automation and economies of scale.
• Governance over daily reconciliation for global institutional entities and drive changes with outcomes.
• Provide business testing and certification that all system capabilities are functional.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to design future-state operating models and reporting.
• Partner with Business Unit Manager to implement long-term strategic initiatives.
• Strengthen 1LOD with robust policy and data documentation to reduce risk.
