Job summary

New Jersey Judiciary is seeking a highly motivated individual to work independently on an asset team under the immediate direction of the Assistant Chief or designee in the Financial Services Office, Purchase and Property Unit. The role includes fixed asset entry, tracking, and statewide inventories, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

The position requires a bachelor's degree, offers a hybrid schedule with up to 2 remote days, and statewide travel for inventories, along with growth

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze inventory data and reconcile discrepancies.
• Experience with asset management systems and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day fixed asset entry and maintenance.
• Enter, track, analyze, and reconcile assets in AssetCloud.
• Conduct statewide physical inventory activities and travel as needed.
• Provide technical assistance to Asset Coordinator and colleagues.
• Communicate asset-related matters with internal customers and vendors.
• Support asset compliance initiatives and audits.
• Maintain accurate records for purchased property and asset management.
